Program Disclosures & Terms of Use
Clear, readable information about Government Tablet, Lifeline eligibility, provider tablet offers, application verification and use of this website.
Last reviewed: August 20, 2026. These disclosures explain the role of Government Tablet and the limits of information and preliminary application features on GovernmentTablet.online.
Government affiliation disclosure
GovernmentTablet.online is operated by a Lifeline service provider and is not a government agency. The brand name does not mean that the FCC, USAC, Lifeline, Medicaid, SNAP or another federal, state, Tribal or local government program owns or operates this website.
Lifeline program disclosure
Lifeline is a federal communications-support program administered by USAC under FCC rules. Lifeline eligibility is determined under applicable program rules. Government Tablet participates on the service-provider side of the consumer experience; it does not set federal Lifeline eligibility rules.
Provider offer and device availability disclosure
Eligible customers may qualify for a no-cost tablet offer from Government Tablet when available. A tablet is a provider offer and is not a tablet guaranteed or distributed to everyone by the federal government. Service area, device inventory, model availability, enrollment status and current offer terms apply.
Eligibility disclosure
Standard Lifeline eligibility can be based on household income at or below the applicable threshold or participation in a qualifying program. Common standard program routes include SNAP, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, Federal Public Housing Assistance, qualifying Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit programs, and certain Tribal programs. Eligibility must be verified. Possessing an EBT card, Medicaid card or another document does not by itself create an official approval.
Affordable Connectivity Program historical disclosure
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is not presented on this website as an active enrollment program. The FCC states that the ACP monthly broadband benefit ended on June 1, 2024. References to ACP on GovernmentTablet.online are historical and are used to correct or explain older connectivity information.
Application and verification disclosure
The Government Tablet application is a preliminary screening and provider contact interface. It is not the Lifeline National Verifier and cannot issue official Lifeline approval. In most states and territories, Lifeline eligibility is determined through USAC’s National Verifier. Oregon and Texas use state-specific Lifeline eligibility and duplicate-checking processes.
The general forms do not request Social Security numbers, identity-document uploads, Medicaid or EBT numbers, or benefit-document uploads. Submit sensitive records only through an authorized secure verification process when specifically requested.
Service-area and inventory disclosure
Provider service and tablet availability can vary by location and over time. A preliminary eligibility result does not guarantee that Government Tablet serves a particular address, that a particular device model is in stock, or that the same offer terms will apply in every location.
No-guarantee disclosure
Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee of Lifeline eligibility, application approval, a specific tablet, a specific delivery date, uninterrupted service or a particular device model. Final outcomes depend on applicable program verification, provider service availability, inventory and current terms.
Website information and current-information disclosure
Government Tablet reviews public program information against FCC and USAC resources, but public rules, guidance and provider offers can change. The current substantive Lifeline content was reviewed on August 19, 2026. If official current information conflicts with a website summary, the applicable FCC, USAC or state program rule controls.
